We discovered Hakan Günday, a young Turkish writer, thanks to the effective and structured work of a literary agency from Istanbul, the Kalem Agency, which goes to show how personal contacts are still so important today. In this article we tell the story of how we went about choosing and buying the rights of what became in Italian our treasured books, A con zeta and Ancóra.
